Our Mission

As a Service Supplier, Toyota Tsusho provides a wide range of services, such as sales, logistics, SCM, import and export, market development, and engineering support. We particularly designated the automotive field as our core competence, by fully utilizing the strengths we have cultivated through our experience. As a genuine Value Integrator our mission is to integrate values in our products and services to provide customers with competitive prices and high quality products. Among our main clients are some of the most important European car manufacturers, motorbike manufacturers, industrial vehicles, tractor- and truck manufacturers, which highly appreciate our performance over the past years, because a sale is just the beginning of a long-term partnership.

Business

We are offering not only Supply Chain Management, we are the interface between supplier and OEM where needs and demands come together and take care of several aspects, like sales and purchase, logistics, quality assurance and engineering support. We are European representative and strategic partner of several Asian automotive manufacturers and suppliers. We possess the capability, flexibility and technical support to provide customers with outstanding quality products, in high or limited volumes.

We have been constantly striving to achieve and improve quality and we have been awarded to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO/TS 16949 standards.

Pistons

Weight- and friction optimized  pistons for passenger car gasoline engines are casted or forged from high temperature resistant aluminum alloys and are corrosion resistant. Our product range already extends from a wide variety of pistons for small engines, through pistons for passenger cars with gasoline and diesel engines, to pistons for installation in large engines. In addition we do also have long-term experience with GDI pistons (Gasoline Direct Injection).

Bearings

Our bearings are highly innovative, high-performance engine bearings with partially fine grooves provided in the bearing inner wall. These bearings break the tradition of absolute flatness in bearings. Our main advantage is that all of the bearings are lead free and some of them are successfully in stop-start-applications and realize long-life performance under a higher unit load, with a sliding capability using the lining.

Piston Pins

We offer piston pins with diameters from 6 to 250 mm. These are ultra-high precision products for a wide range of applications. For use in passenger car engines the piston pins are formed by state-of-the-art multistage pressing.

Assembly

Our assembly line of pistons constitutes the core of our business. This machine is able to fit all necessary components to a naked piston like piston pins, snap rings, rings, oil rings and expanders in order to get a fully usable piston as one system being delivered to the customer.

A 100% check along with a camera module (AOI), measuring the whole surface of the piston and finally a Data Matrix Code (DMC) reader for secure traceability rounds off the capability profile of our assembly line.

Valves

Made of high-alloyed materials, our valves are used in engines of all sizes from motorcycle to truck and big stationary engines applications. We support you with single and multi-material valves made of light and high-load materials for modern engines for the most demanding requirements.

Con-Rods and Crankshafts

Hot forged connecting rods and crankshafts are applicable not only in the automotive sector for four-, three- and two wheelers, but also in other segments like railed vehicles and high powered truck engine.
