As a Service Supplier, Toyota Tsusho provides an extensive program of sales and services, such as sales, logistics, SCM, import and export, market development and engineering support. Our core competence, within the diversity of Toyota Tsusho activities, focuses on the electronic market. Offering a wide range of products, services and experience allows us to operate various project requests and to attend to our partners’ needs and requirements. Business

Toyota Tsusho is a global distribution company with a worldwide customer base. We offer not only Supply Chain Management, but build the strategic interface between manufacturer and customer and offer the best solutions in price, specification and logistic in view of our customers' needs. We provide important technical and market information to ensure top class handling for all requirements. Our strategic alliances and global partnerships with a number of electronics suppliers and manufacturers make it possible to handle outsourcing projects in co-operation with our warehouses efficiently. In collaboration with our partners we offer our customers technical support and highly sophisticated products and services.

Products and Services

PCBs

Depending on the application you have the choice out of professional and high tech PCBs, commodity and automotive PCBs, which we can offer from the Asian or European market – according to your requests. The PCBs serve all kind of requirements for technologies like fine pitch, microvia, multilayer, buried and blind holes and silver through hole. On request we can also support our customers in their design process and offer complete electronics manufacturer service (EMS).

Components

We offer a wide range of high performance electronic components, like semiconductors, passive components, electro-mechanical devices and also a variety of storage devices. Beside our preferred line card items, we are able to offer all kind of electronic components on request at competitive prices. We support our customers with kitting services available either as a stand-alone service or as part of a flexible turnkey contract electronics manufacturing solution, plus the option of our sophisticated test services.

Equipment

We build alliance partnerships with manufacturers of equipment for global electronic industries, from small SMD placement machines to high performance assembly lines. We equip you with standard as well as high sophisticated technologies (metal stencil cleaner, printed circuit board (PCB) separators, reflow oven, etc.). In co-operation with our partners we can offer feeding solutions, consultancy and customer support in order to assure optimal machine output. On request we can co-ordinate the whole installation and organise trainings aligned to the individual requirements.

We can offer the most attractive products out of a multifarious product range our worldwide partners and take all kinds of functional supplier risk management into consideration. We set up our quality and environmental management systems according to ISO standards in order to protect and strengthen our reliability for our customers, partners and the environment.

What We Offer

We offer matchless service, operate a fair pricing policy and are committed to our work. We consistently do global sales and purchase and take care of the complete supply chain. We support our customers reliably in their forecast management and BOM handling. Within our global network we offer our customers planning, development and engineering support to ensure an efficient employment of modern technology. We work together with our logistic centres in Barcelona, Valenciennes, Budapest and Prague to build tailor-made warehouse concepts as well as labelling and packing standards for the particular requirements of each customer. We utilise our implemented quality management system – according to ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 – to guarantee continuous improvement in all our operations and provide close quality support.

Quality Assurance

Quality is the agreement of target and actual results. Continuous high level of quality is the company’s target and is ensured by living the quality management system. At TTESA a quality management system was developed which integrates the demands of the standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 to which the company is certified. This quality management system is subject to a constant improvement process. A condition for successful quality work is that all employees and all processes are included in this system. Quality management is thereby not a controlling, but a steering and an advisory instance.
